Shipping & Delivery
Most of the items that we sell are usually in stock and therefore will be dispatched the same day that you order. The orders are shipped via courier service . Items that are not in our warehouse will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. What ever method is chosen we aim to deliver your items within 3-5 days of your order. If you require next day delivery please telephone our helpline on 0151 639 7382. All shipments are at a fixed price of £7.99 plus VAT no matter how much you order up to £90, orders over £90 are shipped free of charge. This means that the subtotal of the items you have purchased is over £90. For example buying goods to the value of £85 would have £7.99 added to it for a total of £92.99 . This does not however qualify for the free shipping as the subtotal is less than £90.
Privacy & Security
Any information collected on our website is entirely to assist in your shopping experience. Your email address is only used to contact you and no information is passed to any third parties. Payments through our website currently use Paypal as out gateway. This is entirely secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and is encrypted for your security.

1)  Returns Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This returns policy applies irrespective of your geographical location.

(2) Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of purchase of the product;

The returned product is unused, in its original packaging with any seal and any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

You comply with the returns procedure set out below; and

None of the exclusions set out below apply.

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy please read the following,:

We offer a very fair returns policy, should your goods not be the correct size or colour. We offer either an exchange of goods or a total refund, again providing that the goods have not been used, are returned in their original packaging and that you meet the cost of any additional postage incurred in completing the return and if applicable, any exchange. We suggest for your own security, that you use a recorded delivery service for any goods that you return to us and use the Goods Return note included with your order.

Please note that postage costs are refundable and our responsibility only in relation to any goods that have been incorrectly dispatched by us or found to be faulty at the time of delivery to you.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns and exchanges under this policy.

(4) Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

Any product made to your specification; (such as bespoke embroidery – logo printing, unless we have made an error)

(5) Refunds

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and including the costs of returning the product to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you [using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase].

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of the day we received your returned product.

(6) Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

We will not refund or exchange the product;

We may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

If we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

Ordering
Ordering items is simple and follows the same methods as most modern shopping cart systems. Just browse around the items in our store and then click the Add to Basket button if you wish to purchase an item. If the item has options such as size or colour, you will be taken to a more detailed page of that item where you can choose the various options relating to that product. If you wish to order more than one, enter the amount into the amount box and then click the add to basket button, if you make a mistake you can always delete the item from the basket or change the amount of items that you wish to order. When you are happy with your shopping, you need to click the Proceed to Checkout button on the page.
Payment, Currency, Pricing & Promotions
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT except shipping which is £7.99 + VAT. The tax breakdown will be diplayed on your invoice which will be emailed to you when you purchase an item or can be viewed when you login to your account.. We only currently accept Pounds Sterling on our website.
Viewing Orders
You can view past orders by loggin into your account by clicking the My account link at the top of the page. You will have to enter your email address and password to login. Once you have logged in you can click the link My Orders which will be in the list of links on the left of the page. From there you can see a history of any orders that you have made and can also quickly re-order the same things if you wish by clicking the re-order link.
Updating Account Information
In order to update information relating to your account such as your email address or password, then login to your account by clicking the My Account or Login Icon at the top right of the page. Once you have logged in you will arrive at the account dashboard. Under the header of account information, click the edit button. This will allow you to change your name, your email address or by clicking the change password link you can alter your password. You can also enter a series of addresses that you may use for shipping items, by clicking the address book link on the left of the page.
