- Most of the items that we sell are usually in stock and therefore will be dispatched the same day that you order. The orders are shipped via courier service . Items that are not in our warehouse will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. What ever method is chosen we aim to deliver your items within 3-5 days of your order. If you require next day delivery please telephone our helpline on 0151 639 7382. All shipments are at a fixed price of £5.99 plus VAT no matter how much you order up to £90, orders over £90 are shipped free of charge.
- Privacy & Security
- Any information collected on our website is entirely to assist in your shopping experience. Your email address is only used to contact you and no information is passed to any third parties. Payments through our website currently use Paypal as out gateway. This is entirely secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and is encrypted for your security.
- Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- If there is a problem with your order please email us and we will do whatever we can to sort the problem. If a replacement is required then please either telephone us or email us with the problem, you can then return the item to us and we will then dispatch a replacement. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. If you would prefer a refund please return the item in the exact state in which it was delivered and we will issue a refund once the item has been received and checked. Refunds and Replacement are not issued if the item has been used unless there is a genuine fault with the product.
- Ordering
- Ordering items is simple and follows the same methods as most modern shopping cart systems. Just browse around the items in our store and then click the Add to Basket button if you wish to purchase an item. If the item has options such as size or colour, you will be taken to a more detailed page of that item where you can choose the various options relating to that product. If you wish to order more than one, enter the amount into the amount box and then click the add to basket button, if you make a mistake you can always delete the item from the basket or change the amount of items that you wish to order. When you are happy with your shopping, you need to click the Proceed to Checkout button on the page.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT except shipping which is £5.95 + VAT. The tax breakdown will be diplayed on your invoice which will be emailed to you when you purchase an item or can be viewed when you login to your account..
- Viewing Orders
- You can view past orders by loggin into your account by clicking the My account link at the top of the page. You will have to enter your email address and password to login. Once you have logged in you can click the link My Orders which will be in the list of links on the left of the page. From there you can see a history of any orders that you have made and can also quickly re-order the same things if you wish by clicking the re-order link.
- Updating Account Information
- In order to update information relating to your account such as your email address or password, then login to your account by clicking the My Account or Login Icon at the top right of the page. Once you have logged in you will arrive at the account dashboard. Under the header of account information, click the edit button. This will allow you to change your name, your email address or by clicking the change password link you can alter your password. You can also enter a series of addresses that you may use for shipping items, by clicking the address book link on the left of the page.
